Am i ready to start ?
i will plant the seeds in a few hours, let me see if i got everything straight and let me ask a few questions:
it's a 1.5x3 ft space, with a 4 ft height. it's a closet, i have a 250 hps lamp and i still need to place a vent in there, in the mean time i'll just leave the doors wide open :P
i have some plain soil i bought from the store and 10 seeds.
from what i heard, i should put each seed in a separate cup and leave the light on 24/24 until they start comin out (right?)
dunno 'bout watering, should i water more at the beginning? or less? how much water per seed do you suggest and every how long?
do you think they will all grow? or maybe only a few?
Help ^^

Make sure there are no light leaks when flowering [with the open door] or your plant might go hermie.
I'd research if you should be watering the seedling as well it could easily drown I would assume.
Could never know how many will grow, depends on too many factors.
Keep researching and reading, I have found it useful to alphabetically order the threads and than go through them trying to find specific information.

For starters...light is unnecessary until seedling breaks ground. A waste of electricity.
Would strongly recommend you go thru some of the grow logs, and see what other successful growers are doing. There's bound to be a few that are similar set-ups as yours.
Keep soil damp until they sprout, but do not keep it soaked. Be careful when watering. The seeds seem to either migrate to the sides, or will float to the top, and not be covered with soil any more. Uncovered seeds dry-out and won't germinate as well.
Before any further purchases...check here to see if it is truly a benefit. Saves bunches of cash and heartache in the long run.
