My question at this point concerns the liquid intake in with dilution. With what i have heard I understand you can substitute any fluid for the water. I KNOW gaterade is the perfered choice in order to increase SG. Wouldn't other liquids like V-8 juice, propel and other items with vitamins, sodium, etc do the same to help increase SG? OR....is there a particular reason why other liquids would give the same benefit?
