LABCORP....HOLY HELL! I'm in a panic
Heres my story....
im 6'0 160
great shape work out alot
I was clean for a month with very little smoking prior to that
I got a little drunk and hit a joint of some swag weed about 4 or 5 times
Two days later I pass an at home test with a very dark line
7 days later i get called in for a random test Labcorp style
I used my second piss of the day mid stream
By the way I take multivitamins and eat a high calorie protein diet
How are my chances looking

It has been said that a one-time high on a otherwise THC free body will take 3-5 days to test clean. Passing the hometest is encouraging. Did you have much to drink the morning of the test?
LABCORP....HOLY HELL! I'm in a panic
I didnt have but about 1 glass of water to drink b/c dilute=fail and i will lose my job.... I do remember sweating alot during the week after passing the at home test so I feel like I dropped my thc levels

Sounds Good it was exactly a week in b/t my smoking and my testing. Does labcorp generally do the 15ng cutoff level from the start or do they do 50ng. I called the lab my urine sample was sent to and they said they only did the gcms test.
LABCORP....HOLY HELL! I'm in a panic
so do they automatically do 15ng or do they just do that in rare cases

Its not up to the lab to determine that. Thats a decision made by the party thats paying for the test (employer, PO, etc). The lab just provides the menu of testing options for the client to pick and choose from.
Labcorp has much more drug testing options on their menu than just the GC/MS. Whoever told you otherwise is pulling your leg.
Most employers, in an effort to preserve their bottom line, will opt for a 50 ng screen with the 15 ng GC/MS to be used only to confirm any positives showing on the screen. If the person passes the initial screen, no confirmation test would be necessary and the testing process is finished there. It's way too costly for most employers to opt for the GC/MS as the primary analysis.
