BURNT COLA--what do i do?

hey so im running a lil closit grow w.e it stays about 79 in there, lil 6 in fan blowing air around, 2 CFL 26w and a 30w. was standing up, came home from 2 days, bitch grew 2 inches in 2 days, was pushing against the light, and burnt the shit outa her. its only like 2 1/2 weeks into flower. i layed her down but idk how im even gona water her like this. what do i do? i cant move into anything taller.
