how much dxm in zicam?

how much dxm is in the zicam night cough spray or whatever because this will be my first time but i dont wanna over do it but ive heard there was only 300 mgs so i was going to do 2 bottles but if theres 500 some then i dont know if i should do 2

start for a first time with 400 mg, thats what i did. its a very fun mild tripp, and gives you an idea of what higher doses are like. next time i will probably do 600

540mg.. will be a fucking trip. Especially since it's your first time. Tips for not getting nautious? Take a couple of tums and smoke bowls throughout.
