first tym grower greenhouse cheese 4th week flowering leaves dying HELP ME!!!!!

:rastasmoke:it has been flowering 4 and half weeks and leaves are browning all over the plant is this normal and how do i know when im ready to flush please sum1 help me sorry pictures arent that clear

im 4 and a half weeks nto flowering greenhouse cheeseand the leaves are starting to turn brown and die at the tips can anyone tell me what is happening im a first tym grower and also how do you know when your ready to flush???
