New to growing. plants flowering. help please!

E-Air temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period)- 75 night 80 day
E-Lighting schedule- on from noon to 11
E-Type of ventilation your room has- open door(plants are in a large walk-in closet)


Plants looking poor, but slowly recovering. this will be our only harvest until we are in a more comfortable setting(not an apartment) so we want it to be worth the money we have invested. some leaves are shriveling up and some on the middle plant are turning purple(definitely not due to temp). Buds themselves look good to naked eye. leaves on the left plant around buds are very crystally! We are assuming the problems are chlorine in the water(going to start evaporating the cl before watering), a lack of a fan and temperature. Any confirmation or insight would be appreciated.
