Cincinnati, OH--Beer kegs are becoming a prime target for thieves. But itā??s not the brew the crooks are after.
Itā??s the stainless steel kegs that can be traded in for cash.

Beer keg thefts have increased so much, beer distributors are now putting G-P-S tracking devices on the kegs.
The trend comes as the price for stainless scrap keeps rising.
The price has nearly doubled in the last five years, making an 18-pound keg worth more than 35-dollars to would be thieves.
