I didnt know this. Thought I would share.Im talkin like weeks.I used to think after a day or two of no nutes ,I might kill or harm something. I try to use males as experiments.
Also, deep water on roots longer than I thought.
Straight ph water doesnt seem to shock roots.
Def no expert here.
Yes, a plant can go a while without nutes but it won't really grow. It will mostly just stay the same.
a plant is similar to us, in the sense they can only 'eat' a given amount ... ya can't stuff food down your throat non-stop (that's why growers have problems, they over-feed, over-water, then add more and more substances, to 'correct' a problem they themselves created) ...
