are there law acts for industrial hemp cultivation ?

I got really interested in industrial hemp(without THC) cultivation lately. I'm living in Poland and know the obligatory law acts with which i have to cope here, We can grow industrial hemp here if We get a official permission granted by the regionally governor. The "trick" here is that the governor can easily say "NO" to our plea without giving any official reasons. Moreover it is illegal to grow a hemp plant in Your own private garden.

So now i'm interested how it is in other countries, especially Graet britain and Spain. My questions are :

1. Are there any law acts that regulate/control industrial hemp cultivation in Great Britain and Spain ? if yes, which acts are that and what do they tell ?

2. Is it legal to cultivate industrial hemp in Your own garden ?? (Great Britain, Spain)

3. I heard a information and would like to check if it's true. So i heard that it is legal in Spain to grow single(1-5) hemp(with THC) plants in Their own garden for Their own use(only for their own use). Is it true ?

it's all i wanted to ask i guess, thanks in advance for helping me to gather the information i would like to know.
