Which vaporizer is best to use with lung cancer?

:question:I quit smoking cigarettes Oct. 16, 2007 the day that I had a left lung lobe removed due to cancer. The funny thing is that this cancer was not caused by my smoking, even though I smoked for 32 years. Yet it feels good to be a non-cigarette smoker. I would like to purchase a vaporizer, but I just don't know what would be best for someone like myself who smokes bud tough because of a lot of pain from many other medical diagnoses as well as from the cancer and the affects of the treatments. I generally smoke from a glass pipe and once in a great while I will roll a few. But that is usually when I am going to the drive-in movies. I don't have a lot of money to spend so if anyone could recomend a good but economical vaporizer it would be forever appreciated.

The cheapest method would be to buy a vaporizing bowl or tool that can be used in any bong or pipe.
I'm not sure what they call the tools, they are a hot metal stir stick, you take the rod and stir it around the bud in your bowl and it vaporizes it.
Anyone have a link to one of these tools???
The bowls are often used with heat guns but Im sure you can also use a lighter.

You can also cook with your weed, best highs come from ingesting it.:D

First: Welcome to the group :D and glad you are seemingly doing well with that surgery!

Second: I'd say the best you can afford in any Vap! My head shop has a method that goes from a bong to tube thru anotherwater type of thing and use like a vape! But too many things to deal with and all glass, will break.

Third: Tons of threads on this, I have read. It seems, it comes down to personal preference. I've tried the box kind and loved it! Food ingestion is best for cancer, but not always your desire! The taste is much better, for sure, I can say that. Or it was just some quality greens we took.
try ebay for a nice one reasonably priced! After reading all the threads. So many things to consider. ceramic heater vs. metal; warrenty, cost and ease of use!

I've used quite a few different models (still have some collecting dust :rolleyes: ), and have settled on the Silver Surfer and Purple-Days as my vapes of choice. I'd highly recommend either one, but find the Purple-Days to be easier on my lungs. You get a high quality vape with an ingenious heat exchanger, and the small vapor tubes give you easily measured doses of vapor. Very smooth, satisfying hits but nothing overpowering. You never get a surprise lungful that you can't handle. Well, I should say it's that way for me. I still have to tell my wife to watch out for that 2nd hit. I know a couple of other Surfer owners who use their SSVs less often too, having also discovered the bargain that is the Purple-Days vape.

Not too expensive and is well built. However, don't get a lookalike! They are often inferior quality.

Why I like my BV- It is quiet. Small, discrete and fits in a desk drawer. No bags to buy or mess with- just a hookah-like whip. Very little odor. Uses less to get you high. No combustion products. I can stop mid vape (like if I get a phone call), leave it sit, come back 15 minutes later and take my next hit- with no loss of THC! :thumbsup: Then, there's the fact that you can bake with the "left-overs" and get high twice off the same pot. :D Which isn't bad at all!

you should buy a volcano there the ones the mojority of tests are done on an generally reccomended for medical use, but they are expensive, i own one an can say there are worth every penny though.
