Police find pot suspect hiding in Munchies Cafe

Munchies may have been the downfall of a Phoenix man arrested in Tempe on suspicion of marijuana possession.

Police said 20-year-old Adrian Hernandez was seen throwing a plastic bag of marijuana under a trash compartment behind a business in central Tempe. Officers found him later hiding from police in the bathroom of Munchies Café at 11 E. 6th St. in Tempe, according to reports.

Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
