Really need some friends and options!

Hi, This is nshelpf (need some help fast) I am 46 and the single father of 3 wounderful daughters 2-18 and 1-19 and I just found out that my oldest who was married a few months ago is having me a Grandchild.I should be on top of the world. But I have brain cancer and am terminal.They told me for 5 yr's that I had MS only to tell me after they finaly did the test they sould have done years ago it's not MS you have 4 inoprable brain tumors if we had only know sooner. I mean what do you say to that?I have been on the strongest opiate pain meds they have for so long that now they don't work and if I take enough to help they knock me out and I don't know if I will wake up or not.I am on 12-10 mg Methadone a day and can take up to 3-4mg Dilaudids a day for break thru.As well as the Klonopin anad anti depresants,testosterone and growth hormone. I'm tired! and now I'm in a wheel chair as the lesions have grown and are puting pressure on spinal cord nerves and my brain stem.I had the chance to try some alternative med.s if you know what I mean and it was wounderful it helped with the pain but also it gave my mind a chance to rest with out having to be knocked out.They say I really don't have long, but I have so many things that I want to tell my daughters and to pass on to them,and thing for them to pass on to my dear Grandchild but I can't do it out cold on opiates Medical cost are high and I live only on disabilaty.Anyway If anyone out thair has any ideas or suggestions I'd love to hear them. Oh! and another thing I found with the alternative med.s was it helped my appetite.I must say though that I am not in a sympothetic state. It is so very good to meet you all am sure I will make some of my best friends right here. As I have looked at some others that where very interested in you and how much you could spend if you know what I mean. Thank you all and I look forward to hearing from you soon! P.S. hey sorry to hear about you illness!! i saw a video last night about cancer and hemp oil. i cant say yes it wrks but if you see what i see i this video then it will be an easy choice for you to look into... its called RUN FROM THE CURE. THE RICK SIMPSON STORY. you can find it on youtube search run from the cure or rick simpson also their are a few post going around this website just gotta search it out but it is 7 parts about 9 min each.. best dam video i ever saw!!!! i will add you to friends list if i can fiqure it out.

Hi nshelp; Welcome to the site. I take a lot of meds, as you and understand your frustration and the cost. It is a helluva dicotomy! Spend $35. for 500 of those pills and $400. for an ounce of something that helps-so much more.

I do not have cancer, my heart goes out to you. Pain is pain, depression and oppressing. Unfortunately, I can see, you are not going to be growing anything (outside your head) and that breaks my heart to hear!

Glad you found it here and will try to be as supportive and helpful as I possibly can!

I'd think your oncologist would know of the pill form of this med your insurance will get for you. I'd ask!

Enjoy your new home here and be sure to turn your site on when times are tuff. Everyone here, is pretty nice. The nasty comes out at times, I attribute it to pain or ignorance--like an eggroll, you don't know what you are gonna get until you bite in. So, enjoy and we will enjoy your company as well!

Hi sorry too here about your condition. OMG "if they only caught it sooner" and you have been seeing these doctors for years and they said you have MS.
You need to sue their pants off and get their license takin away. they have taken your life , they are responsible , hold them accountable !
I fear the same thing is happening to most people in the US. and those doctors just keep getting richer & richer , and cry we dont get paid enough !!
and they cant even do their job proper!! OMG it just enrages me!! SHAME SHAME on you DOCTOR !! you greedy a** m*th*r f*c**r

Ok I dont know where you live at or your financial situation ... But I live here in pa.. pretty close to philadelphia.. I used to work for an oncoligist... Her name is doctor Donna jean glover... She is extremly brilliant and has in the past been in the dr..journal of medicine.. or what ever they call it...Any way she has done amazing things... And she loves her patients and they love her,,, she becomes very attached to them.. and has stayed many late hrs... and has even brought some to her house.,.. you can look her up on the internet...you will find her... let me know....
