CO2 Set Up

Thinking about setting up a CO2 system in my flowering tent. Have done a little, but not a lot of research on the subject. My tent size is 2.4 x 1.2 x 2m. Just wondering what people on here think about CO2 and the effects it has. Have just started my second grow after a semi successful first white widow grow.

Basically i am looking for as much info as possible on the subject including setting up. I have 5 white rhino and 5 himalayan gold in veg now which will be going into the tent when ready.

Also what else would people recommend for a tent this size in the way of light, ventilation, how many plants etc?

I am growing in soil using plagron light mix with canna nutes
