Well there isn't a site dedicated to specifically 10KLF downloads, but I belong to a few other boards and know of some sites where I can look around and see wht I can dig up. What are you looking for specifically though?
There is a site called archive.org that is a repository for classic concert recordings, among other things. You may get lucky. I have found some fantastic Little Feat and Big Head Todd & The Monsters stuff there, and anyone who likes the Dead or Stones will cream his panties. Promise.
Yeah the Archive is great for both new and old stuff. If you're lucky, some of the recordings have a soundboard patch which in turn gives you the best sounding recording possible...MmMmmm
iclips.net, broadcasts festivals live. They archive some shows too and pretty sure they did 10k so you might see them eventually but they take a while to put shit up.
iclips put out a couple vids from 10k and more to come...but idk why i thought you were looking for vids at first i was probly high, but ya just getting the recordings of many concerts would be easy, like mentioned before check archive.org or message boards realted to the bands you were looking for
