cuttings after plant in 12/12 room ?

my plant has been in 12/12 room for 11 days now. it's getting a little to tall, can i still take a cutting off of it or is it to late? here' a picture. i'm guessing that this is a female plant, because all the males i've had really showed after 10 days, correct me if i'm wrong.
