Question about black and white panda poly

Where can I buy this other than a hydroponic shop (like stores that might sell it rather than buying online)? I bought some a long time ago but now my city has no hydroponic shops and I am looking for some... or even mylar i've never been able to find a store that sells it.. any help much appreciated!!

You can get low-grade mylar at walmart in the camping section, sold as 'emergency blanket'. You will have to reinforce the corners with duct tape to hang correctly.
For Panda (much better choice for a larger space) you'll have to go online.
