k latest advice I got was <<yes if you are growing outdoor start the 12/12 cycle started mine 6 days ago and she as started to flower perfectly i put her out at 7a.m and back in shed in darkness at 7p.m and just continue this till fully flowered and yes you should use just h2o from now on so you dont ppollute the taste and smell of your buds because the plant now needs to become fully organic hope this info helps>>

sounds like it'll work just fine, so long as your shed is light proof (not just dark, but no gaps for light).
what if I cant really move it (big/heavy) or I dont have a dark place really for it? eesh im confused...
what is the reason for moving in and out?..........if you want it to flower naturally leave it outside for now. sorry if you said it alreadyQuote:

Is it done sometimes? Yeah. But auto-darkening systems on timers are safer, and honestly you don't NEED to artificially darken when it is already coming up on fall.

you still have alot of grow time, i would continue to feed for another few weeks at least or you will see discoloration especially right now when they are going into flowering. and listen to stinky.
K- Im listenin to Stinky-LOL.. Yes, it seems it has started flowering-but since this is my first outdoor- wasnt sure what the procedure was.. I would prefer to just leave her be, and let her do her thing w/the natural light cycle. Also I think I will start her on Fox Farms Big Bloom today since she is in her 1st stages of flowering..

Don't know the answer to either of those Stinky- I am in So. Cali. and as far as strain- it came from a seed from club herb- so I know its dank, but not sure specifically what strain. Flowering is approx. 6-8 weeks? Is that correct?

If you are not running up against frost, there is no reason to flower early. Just let it do its thing, and GO EASY on the nutes- it can be tough to flush an outdoor plant- oh- and check that you have a large enough pot!

As far as my pot size- I just measured it.. it is 1 ft 2 inches high, and 1 ft 4 inches across.. It looks big enough-and at this point it will have to be because I would be too afraid to transplant it. My next go around I will use 5 gallon pots... (this one looks like it could be 5 gallons- not sure)
Also she just started flowering.. so how long about-ish until harvest? 6-8 weeks? Longer?

Nutes- start at half what the directions say, and work up, watching for burnt looking leaf tips.
Flsuh- No, it can be tap water for the last 1-2 weeks. Just treat it as normal, but with no nutes- water when it needs water, and then about 3 days before harvest, just DRENCH the soil so that water runs out the bottom, let teh plnat use up the rest of that water, and then chop.
Pot size- one gallon per foot of plant height. Sounds like yours is a 3 gallon. You may need to transplant about halfway through flower.
Harvest- Depends on strain. If you see flowers, you are already at week 2. So yes, 6-8 weeks to go is about right.
