Fungus? Mold? Nothing? Need help, macro pictures.

Hi All,
I am going to be purchasing larger containers and fox farms "Bush Doctor" today to help with some of the problems these plants are having. But now I'm wondering if they are also having a fungus problem.

The plant on the left is having the problems, the plant on the right is doing alright but could be better. Some of the leaves from the plant on the right are starting to die like the ones on the left.

I've got some photos attached here. Two macro shots of these bubbly looking problems the leaves are having. If I could get any help on this, that would be great. I'm going to the store where I get my ferts and maybe if someone can help diagnose this problem I can get a fix for it while I'm there this afternoon. Thank you!

Troubleshooting form would be helpful.

If you think it's a fungal thing, you want to increase your airflow, lower your humidity, and apply some Serenade/sulfur/neem/ other fungicide ( I know Safer makes one that's easy to get, but I can't remember what it's called. 3 in 1, maybe?)

But the leaf macros- I dunno, that almost looks like a pest issue. I've seen large #'s of whitefly crawlers produce similar damage. Or more precisely, I've seen damage that looks a lot like that when I've tossed a whole lot of chems at whitefly- might be the crawlers, might be the chems. Didn't leave a control to figure out which.:D
