hi there ppl new to all this so any advice would be great

hi all nice to meet ya s having a problem with my first hurdle lol i germinated the seeds in paper towels now the have sprouted and i put them into rockwool cubes with the root downwards there in the propagator will i keep them there in darkness till they grow there first leaves? or blast them with the 125w eco bulb thanks again ppl peace..:rasta:
