Substitution Success!!!

Yep! I passed! I've spent a lot of time reading the posts here. Thanks for everyone's contributions. I owe you all. I tried abstinence, and I just needed my meds every two weeks. Took home tests and my very faint pint line kept getting fainter each everyday I would test after the last two weeks of abstinece, even using the dillution sticky. Crap! 5'11 175lbs, inactive.

I went with QF. I had a 2 hr. drive for my drug screen so I used one toe heating pad ( avg. temp 100) from Cabela's around the bottle. Not the one that came with the QF, I needed several inwich to practice with, and I wanted to use the same one on the day of the test. I practiced for over 18 hours, with 36 hrs. b4 the test, I could keep the temp at 86.5 +- .3 for 4 hours. by placing the bottle in different areas of my crotch. Use a digi thermometer. If your thermometer beeps, hold it under your armpit tightly and turn it on/off during the actual test. Test sticky strips are inaccurate. I also followed the dillution sticky just in case. And I fucking passed! My first successful substitution!
