Leaves are curling

Hi There,
On one of my plants, the leaves are curling (long wise) - so the razor edges of each leaf are curling under - does that make sense? Any tips?

3 common reasons for what you describe, in order of most often seen to least often seen:
Rootbound
Too much Nitrogen
Too little air flow

Okay, so it's probably all three of those. Can you get too much nitrogen from too many ferts?

So if rootbound, this means I should transplant to a bigger container?

And air circulation = for the roots or in the place the plants are located in general?

Both... you want good air flow in the grow space, and you also want to have good drainage in your container. You want it so that when you do a "flush," the water drains out of the bottom (and possibly sides) relatively quickly. If you are flushing and the water just drips out slowly, you need more drainage. As the soil dries, the extra holes in the bottom and sides of the container will help bring oxygen into the roots. Having good air flow in the actual grow room, cabinet, etc. will help keep temps stable, strengthen stems, and generally add to the overall health of the plant. Basically... make the plant think that it is outside in the middle of a nice breezy field. For me, good airflow also makes it a bit harder for bugs to set up shop on your leaves.

i got the Same problem but is it serious? other than the droopy leaves its growing nice and green for about a month and a bit now and plus when i bring it outside it recovers.
