Sorry, I am new to the boards and have done some reading and it seems that no emails or any contact information of any kind can be posted on any messages or signatures and private messaging is also disabled/not available.
My question is, is there any way whatsoever to get in contact with people that are say in your general area? I understand the reason behind disabling or not allowing all this stuff (I think) but a message board/forum is a social tool by nature and it seems weird that all the social aspects of it have been disabled or not allowed. Am I missing the one or two ways that person-to-person contact can be achieved?
Again sorry for asking a question that has probably been asked a thousand times and sorry for not emailing an admin about this like I have read we are suppose to do in other messages, I couldn't figure out how or who to email.
