Other communities?

Hey people of CannCom :jointsmile:

Does anyone belong to any other growing forums? I want to get into growing other types of vegetables, herbs, etc. and I figured there HAS to be another site that CannCom users frequent, when they have questions about non-cannabis plants. I really want to experiment with growing specialty items that only grow in certain climates (since it will be indoors). Also, are there any rules that prohibit talk of growing various vegetables on CannCom? If not, would it be acceptable to ask other members about non-cannabis related plants, in say the "Indoor growing" or "Plant problem" sections? This would not be an open invitation to start posting "My Garlic grow log!" :jointsmile: Just every once in awhile, especially if a particular member voices their experience with that particular veggie, could we make further inquiries? If not, I refer back to my initial question... anyone belong to other NON-CANNABIS related grow forums?

(I stress NON-CANNABIS... well... because why the hell would I want to go anywhere else to get info on Cannabis?)

I don't really participate too much on other sites- a smattering here n there. My hands wish I'd let them rest, and they are telling me by aching and burning. Yay, carpal tunnel.

Thanks for the info. There are plenty of forums about vegetable gardening and what not, but I wanted to know where all of YOU cool cats hang out... outside of the CannCave. Thanks for the "advice" too, Stinky. Definitely don't need people knowing your User name on GardenWeb.

I can imagine a few situations

#1: Stinky has to ban someone on CannCom... banned user goes to GardenWeb (after using Google to search for the post on CannCom where Stinky gave her user name for GW) banned user proceeds to flame the shit out her threads.

Or

#2: Impatient "newbie" can't wait for an answer to his CannCom thread titled "STINKY WTF? I NEED YOUR HELP!!! DOG ATE PLANT!!" So they go on GW, find one of your threads, and proceed to ask "Are you Stinky from CannCom? If so... STINKY WTF? I NEED YOUR HELP!!! DOG ATE PLANT!!!"
