Need Strain Help

Hello, I am looking to possibly breed or just grow a strain that suites my needs. I am looking for something that has average-good potency and high yield with low maintenance, outdoor grown of course. The strain has to be low maintenance so it can be grown on its own without support and tender care...early finishing is a bonus, remember northern hemisphere..
