Finally taking my pre-employment drug test tommorrow..

Whats up guys, first off a little info about myself, I'm roughly 5'9 and about 140 pounds really skinny athletic cut build. I've stopped smoking since the 27th of June but I was toking up often for about a month (due to a broken right foot) probably about several bowls a day or maybe a gram blunt or 2 every couple days.

Well I have been drinking loads of water every day and plenty of other liquids, going to the gym and working out, doing jiu-jitsu, layering up and riding my bike around, and eating niacin. I plan on strictly following the dilution guide tomorrow since I plan on taking my UA at around 12ish. The test is at LabCorp and it is for targets pre-employment drug screen. (instant drug test Rapid Tox 10-5pta3-200)

Any feedback would be great on how you think i'd do or anything of that sort. I'll let you guys know how it turns out :thumbsup:

Don't drink tons of fluids now. Just drink normally now. And stop exercising a couple days before the UA. Follow the dillution sticky the morning of the UA and substitute gatorade for water. You maybe marginal for passing the UA by getting clean. It might be better to look at subbing if you really want this job.

Yea I really need this job but I dont really think subbing is much of an option for me right now since I have to take the test tommorrow. I wouldnt imagine 1 day wouldnt be enough time to get subbing down 100%.

what does stopping exercising do in terms of the test? I'm usually pretty active and an avid weightlifter/ exerciser normally

Don't You have any smoke shops in Florida that carry QF or synthetic urine? If You search this forum for subbing and practice tonight You will be ready. If anything goes wrong You can still back it up with dilute.

I've been diluting since 8am, Ive taken 10 1,000 mcg b12 sublingual tablets and 2 centrums and im still pissing completely clear?? its been about 1-2 hours already since ive taken them..
