new jimi hendrix! i thought he was dead!

I'm not an idiot, i know he is dead, and it is unfortuanate.

but, whilst surfing another site which i regularly visit, i stumbled upon an article which said that Stephen Stills, of Crosby, Stills, and Nash(& young) fame has a full albums worth of jimi hendrix and himself, it is also reported that there is some eric clapton in the stash as well.

Stills said he was looking through a stack of recordings from back in the seventies, and found one labeled with Hendrix's name.

I hope he releases it. CSNY was my favorite band. Great smoking music.

yeah man, i hope that it gets released, i would pretty much do anything to get my hands on that. Though when it gets releasted it would probably go for about $30 due to the fact that its not just a solo album, but has another famous artist, and possibly eric clapton, a rare addition to any library.

I'm sure it'll show up on the web somewhere.lol

hell yeah dude, i read about this yesterday. I really hope they release it, i'd do anything to get my hands on some jimi hendrix. Just knowing that there's still music by him thats out there that the majority of us haven't heard makes my day, especially if there's some eric clapton on there. god i hope they release this!!!

haha thats funny.

and he does look alot like lenny kravitz.

though i feel that if hendrix hadn't died that prince would actually be out of a job, for i feel that jimi's music would have taken that kind of course.

But as for looks i would definitly say lenny wins.

i feel that its a good thing that it is being put together by real musicians who played with jimi instead of family finding it and trying to release it cause they just dont have the same feel.
