Trying to set up a closed room...

I guess i am having bad luck ....i had one of the poison hydrohuts and it killed 2 crops of plants b4 i realized the problem was the the tent itself .It was made from bad plastic and was was off gassing poison and was killing my plants...i took the hydro hut deluxe back and got another , the 2nd hut was also poison ...that almost ruined a 3rd crop...the guy at the hydro store advised that he later discovered all the hydrohuts he had in stock were bad so he gave me a store credit...
I have a 10x 10 grow room which i have split into a flower and veg room ...i have installed a 10,000 Btu airconditioner unit to cool both rooms...in the flower room i have (3) 600 watt digital ballast (hps)with air cooled reflectors ..and in the veg room i have a 400 watt digi air cooled(mh) and a 432 watt t5 4' (8) bulb veg fixture...
Im trying to figure out the best way to cool both rooms and keep my nute temps as low as possible......i am coolling the (4) air cooled reflectors with air from the garage and it is being vented out of the house...the a/c unit is now situated on the flower side of the grow room but im trying to figure out how to best share the cold air with both rooms.
My tentative plan is to feed cool air to the veg side at about floor level and recirculate the air by exhausting the veg room at the opposite end of the room at the top to have it re cooled back into the flower room where the air unit is located.
i have also installed a co2 tank and regulator system in the flower room. And all of the wall are covered in black and white poly.
Is there anything im missing besides odor control...?? my plan was to use 2 internal carbon scrubbers and to attempt to keep my room as sealed as possible.
