Aqua Globe

Hi everyone....
I was just watching the tv,and i saw a commercial for the Aqua Globe.It's supposed to automatically water your plants when the soil dries out.Has anyone tried this device in a container that contains cannibus?

i was planning to post this question for the last 8 weeks, im such a stoner i never took the time.. i was thinking the same.... curious to see if any growers use them..

Yes, I've heard of them, seen the ad on TV, but I'm not sure how it will work. Especially since I feed when I water. I wouldn't like my feed solution sitting that long because I personally think it could seperate and I could end up with hot spots. Thats just a theory on my part, I've never tested it, but seems to make sense to me.

For just watering, I would think they would be great if you had to leave for a couple days. But much longer than that, I don't know if I'd rely on them.

On a side note, I actually considered purchasing one with the sole intention of turning it into a bong.

the same thread was made on another forum i visit. In my opinion when it breaks down this thing is total garbage. Its not useful at all considering it only contains like an ounce of water and its recommended that a plant has 1 gallon of soil per foot. Someone said "itd be great to water plants while your on vacation" & i have to disagree since it just wouldnt work out.
