seed and cuttings

Can seeds be started in rockwool? Suggestions. Can cuttings under more stable conditions than the male parent change to a female?

if you took cuttings from a male, your gonna get a males. go get yourself a real woman and make her a mom. take cuttings from her and your good to go. rockwool is cool, or dirt is fine. even those little peat pellets are cool, but dirt has been working for 5 billion years, so it wont let you down now. peace and good luck.

Thanks for the info. I figured once a boy always a boy with exception to some humans. I use rockwool but have never started the seeds in it. Wasn't sure it would work. Now only to find high quality moms.

Rock wool, coco fiber, vermiculite, perlite, soil will all work fine for both seeds and cutting.
