where are medicann cards accepted and if not statewide where do you obtain a statewide card?

Personally, I'd rather get the OCBC card than a State ID card. I heard OCBC is now accepting MediCann recs.

So if you get a recommendation from medicann and the card, you're not legal under the state? What's the difference.
