So my test is a week away, since I run or exercise most days anyways, I went to GNC and took a look at some B-12/Niacin supplements. Spoke with a rep there, said B-12 is good for ridding your cell counts of lipids (where I believe THC is housed) and Niacin is good for increasing metabolism. I'm thinking that taking a couple of each before working out could be a good combination (in addition to drinking cranberry juice/water and not smoking!)
I've smoked once in about 10 days and still have a week to go, anyone have any opinions of how I should fare. Using a masking agent has worked for me before, without giving myself nearly as much time. But anyone that has some experience/success with B-12/Niacin, please let me know what you think!
And FYI, my test is for urine, post-acceptance of a job offer, done by Quest Diagnostics in the USA ...
