Can you use the FIM technique during the flowering stage and if so what are the effects?
At what stage in the veg. cycle can you start cutting ur nodes? Nodes 3, or 4? Can you keep using the FIM technique till you start the flowering process?
One thread per topic please.
You can start after the 5th node. Stop pruning your plant 2 weeks before flowering it.
There's a thread (or maybe a few) in the FAQs about this topic.
YesSir,
I have started my own thread on a similar subject.. "Thank you Stinky for all the advice you have posted for me."
Like she said, it is best to wait 2 weeks before flowering after FIM'img. It gives the plant the time to recoup and start its new shoots. FIM'ing during flowering prolly isnt the best idea considdering you would be compramizing yield.
Start FIM'ing after the 5 node shows up, or after the nodes start alternating. My nodes started alternating between 4th and 5th nodes, so I waited til 6th node, then chopped it. That was 6/19. Ill put them into flower either Thurs or Friday this week.
Good Luck and keep us updated!:greenthumb:
