You come with the hard questions don't ya? The best outdoor fertilizer? Each grower would have their favorite mine is at FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company. When to apply it? Well you need to talk with local farmers about your area or try The Original Farmer's Almanac since 1792 - The Old Farmer's Almanac. But what do I know?
