Mites or Thrips on 3-4 week old plants?
Hey all, my plants have been going great for the last week or so... however, I noticed that 2 seem to be getting some yellow spots on the leaves. Nothing huge (yet) because I just noticed it tonite for the first time, and I generally check the girls once at night and once in the morning. Checked my handy Bible and of course the suspect is spider mites. Don't have a pic right now (on my way out of the house, will grab one later tonite) but wanted to post this here so I can get a reply or two before I get home.
My seeds went into rapid rooters June 1st. Plants just got transplanted on 6/17. Using Hyponex potting soil (same as Backpacker420 at http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-pro...ml#post1870214 ) Temp 76F, Humidity 44%.
I have a bottle of Fox Farm Don't Bug Me spray. Don't have any neem oil on hand. Any suggestions on how to save the girls?
I'll make sure and get some pics tonight because I am planning on transplanting to 1 gal grow bags and Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil tonight.
Thanks for the help in advance

Mites or Thrips on 3-4 week old plants?
heres a link to the pics posted yesterday ( http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/...ml#post1875291 ), plants in question are back row, 1st and 2nd from right (6 and 7 if you can read the soil tags / sharpie on the solo cups)... like I said couldnt really see any symptoms yesterday but maybe those of you more experienced than me can spot an early wanring sign.
Thanks again

Alright I also updated this on my grow log so I apologize for the double post of sorts... either way, I went ahead and transplanted. Cleaned out my whole grow area with some spray cleaner w bleach in it. Checked the plants for signs of bugs including on the under side of leaves... nada. There was some yellowing on other plants, more like nute deficiency than bugs.
Found a fly that had an ant-like body in my hut near the top. Killed it. Not sure if that was just a coincidence. Watered the plants, then sprayed with the Fox Farm Dont Bug Me. Hopefully it doesnt kill them. Turned up the exhaust fan because I hear low temps make it harder for spider mites (if I do in fact have them) to reproduce.
I've attached a pic of the original plant in question (gotta get some better lighting bc wout flash my hand just isnt steady enough) and also of all the other girls.
Cheers all

Think I got the bugs under control. The yellowing seemed to slow since Sunday morning. Will spray again Friday morning. Also ordered some neem oil to have that on hand, too.
Here's some updated pics in case anyone feels like confirming / rejecting my diagnosis

Well whatever they are, they seem to be eating very very slowly. Still around, but not by much. Gave the girls a neem oil application last night and going to do the second pyretheum tonight unless told otherwise...

you seem to be making good decisions. Nice uniform looking plants. Keep a close eye on those buggers because they is small!
