Purely coincidental. If you look at enough events you can relate at least a few to another event whether through a number or whatever.. If it was a conspiracy (and an even better question, conspiracy to what? a number?) wouldn't the number be 20 or shouldn't it have happened on 9/2 or 8/3 or 12/1 since 9+2=8+3=12-1=11?
