FAILED A DRUG TEST... NOW WHAT?

Hey guys...

I'm 24, got caught smoking by the river and a game warden caught me. I got it referred to diversion and I had to see a counselor for a an "assessment" (which I didn't realize entailed a piss test-stupid me).

I abstained for 2 days, drank a gallon of water, took a q carbo drink, some b vitamins, and aspirin and failed.

Now I have to go to counseling every freakin' week for 8 freakin' weeks and take weekly drug tests. They want to see my levels going down and going away every week.

HERE'S MY QUESTION: if I gave them my sample already (and if failed) can I use someone else's urine that I know is clean on my next tests or will they be able to test for that and they'll say :

"Hey! This isn't yours!"

What if I mixed a little of mine in with my clean friends... would that make it look like the levels were going down?

I'M SCARED, I NEED HELP, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

As far as the weekly UA, don't play games with them... play it straight....to do otherwise will land you in a whole lot more trouble

Yea this doesn't make sense to me either.. Are you on probation for this? If so then your UA's may be observed and your chances of subbing are out of the question. Another failed test can only lead to worse consequences, maybe even jail time. I would abstain from smoking and get through this then you can start again. No point in going to jail over a little weed.

You are not the first to get busted by a sneaky game warden. They are LEO for sure, and WILL bust you for weed.

It's not completely hard to believe that you were arrested/detained/whatever by a Fish and Game warden. From what I know they have jurisdiction in the woods. Normally they are reserved for other duties such as fire permit enforcement, illegal hunting, etc. but it is not unheard of for someone to be arrested by them for certain actions and behavior (I've witnessed them detain numerous drunk and disorderly campers.) He could say that by you smoking it was a potential for a forest fire and that is why he interceded. Although, most of what I have heard is that they detain you until the police show up. It's a tough situation, but as Steve said... play it straight. You could be one of the few that pulls one over on the testers... but if you are caught, I am sure they will have ZERO sympathy.

suzantasia it would be a good idea to abstain from the herb for the 8 weeks. If you knew it wasn't going to observed it might be worth subbing. But its a big risk.

Why don't you just stop smoking for 8 weeks?

Yeah, it isn't weird at all that a game warden busted me. They have almost more authority than stateys...

Anyway, I won't be watched, which is cool.

I really don't want to stop smoking. I know that's lame, but it's the summer. I'm not on probation. They told me that they want to see the levels going down. So if I mix my clean friends and mine for a couple of weeks, and then eventually wean mine out and just use hers, don't you think that that would work?

Subbing from a friend can work but you must be 100% sure they are taking NO drugs. That includes prescriptions.
Subbing with synthetic urine is more reliable. Either way practice keeping the temp between 90 and 100.
