I have a 4ft plant and a 4ft fence. What do you guys think I should do? Pinch the top off or top it(cut it off completely)? What works best in yall's opinion? Thanks. Damn thing is getting too tall.

Tie it down with some rope and a stake in the ground.
or get something that's 6' in height to go in front of the fence :)
like a big sign that says SUPPORT OUR TROOPS or Have you seen your Gynecologist..
Maybe a "Have you had your FREE Prostate or Colon exam today. Ask me for details" sign
should keep most people away
That would'nt look to good in my back yard. Plus it would block some sun. And I'm not risking damaging my baby with the tie down thing. I'm either going to top it or pinch it. Just looking for some opinions on that. Thanks though. Has anybody topped or pinched before?Quote:

It's pretty self explanatory as to which is the least harmful/stressful when done correctly. And honestly, if it's 4 feet already it's going to get even bigger in flower. The absolute only way to keep it below a set height is to train it. Topping will slow vertical growth temporarily, but it will just respond with multiple tops shooting up, presumably above your fence, when the plant recovers.
I agree. I just dont know if I'll do it correctly. Thats why I will either top it or pinch the tops. At least it will slow it down, as you said. Have you tried topping or pinching, and if so what was the results? And how much taller did it get after you topped it?Quote:
