Looking for advice on leaf curl on mid canopy....
feed- canna flores A+B and Canna booster....
light - 400w sodium
soil- jonh innes 3 mixed with perlight and clay balls
temp-72-81

In 6in pots on trays with cappillery matting
Two strains of plant , one strain with leaf curl other has none. Same nutrient sorce used
Two things strike me:
-Your humidity fluctuates wildly; 28% is very low and will definitely lead to symptoms like that.
-When you say clay balls, do you mean hydroton pebbles? Those aren't really going to do much for you in a soil mix. And you can shoot yourself in the foot with them, because they come from the factory at a pH that is too high for your plants- you'd want to soak and adjust them before exposing them to the plants. You might want to do a quick pH runoff check to make sure that's not contributing to your problem.
Low humidity is the big thing though. A tray or 2 of water in with them will help.
Are you using all three Canna nutes at the same time, or are you just refering to what you have on hand?
Are you using any foil Sprays?
I've noticed that if you hit them with to much the leaves have a tendency to open and curl. then just the basic over nute. The hydrotone can create a lot of problems invest in a lot of PH down
