Chesterfield Kings: Psychedelic Sunrise

The Chesterfield Kings, from Rochester, New York, have been doing retro garage rock for over 30 years. Their latest CD, PSYCHEDELIC SUNRISE, was released in 2007 - but sounds like it's from the mid-60's. The sound is about 50-75% Rolling Stones, with a good mix of other stuff from that era.

Another good album from this band is "THE MINDBENDING SOUNDS OF THE CHESTERFIELD KINGS". Jorma Kaukonen, from the Jefferson Airplane, plays electric guitar on several cuts.
