visiting next week! recommendations?

Hi all,
My girlfriend and I are touring Ireland next week and wondered if any kind souls had any recommendations for enjoying the Emerald Isle proper? We'll be in a car for a few days.. Kilkenny, Dingle, Galway, then in Dublin from Thursday - Sunday. We're staying in TempleBar while in Dublin and I as I understand that might be our best bet for finding something green? Going to a concert at Malahide on Friday so would reallly like to hit that up in style.
