Leaves are drooping and turning scaly (outdoor soil) with pictures
2 1/2 weeks ago I transplanted into a bigger pot using the same soil as the smaller pot. Then about a week ago my leaves started drooping and getting a "scaly" look to them.
Any ideas on what It could be? :[

There is a troubleshooting form as a sticky at the top of the plant problems forum. Try and fill out some more info and those who are knowledgeable will be more likely to take the time to help. I am not very knowledgeable, but whatever it is, it does not look too bad.

Looks thirsty to me, unless it's over-watered. Is it growing outside? If so it will use more water than indoors.

E-indoor or outdoor - outdoor
CSL-Soil type/brand - homemade soil
SCL-Anything you have added to the soil - perlite
E-Water source - distilled water, I've used water straight from the tap a few times.
E-Source water pH - 6.5
E-Age of plant - 6 weeks
E-Type of fertilizer - see pic, I use 3 or 4 drops per 500ml 3 times a week.
the soil PH is also 6.5
There were thunderstorms last week so I think that over watering is the problem.
Thanks for the replies
