Extremely yellow leaves (with pictures)

Ok these babies are in solo cups with Hyponex potting soil, they have only been outside for roughly four days now. Prior to this they were inside under two 26w (100w equiv.) 6500k CFLs.

At three.5 weeks old, are they now ready for nutrients? Perhaps I should pick up some Fox Farm Grow Big...

This guy is way bigger than the rest, but look at how yellow he is!

I admired this guy due to the fact that he was so short and bushy seeming - Will he recover?!
