How do i change the ph in my Tank

i have a 45 ltr tank the water in my tank is near 7.0 ph.
my question is should i renew all the water or can i add the ph down to the tank.

yeah, you can add the ph down to the tank

if you want the long answer, you need to post more info, and a pic or 2 wouldn't hurt

thanks mate ,i have been adding it to the tank (4mls of ph down for the 45 ltrs of water ,and its taken it down to a nice light green colour on the scale about maybe 6.0 ish.
One thing i learnt is that you really have to check it daily cos it seems to go back up every 24 to 36 hours.
