Need Help Before Talking to Lawyer!!!

I just am in need of some answers if you guys would kno that would be sweet before i see my lawyer..

last night driving down back alley pass the 5-0 they turn around follow me for a bit then put lights on pull me over... show him my license.. ask whats the prob says there has been a B N E. Im like oh okay well yea we have to go then they want my 2 friend's names and shit so he makes me sit in the back of the car.. the 2 pigs come back ask whos beer it is i say its my friends... he grabs it.. they then start going through my car and find a cap of honey oil and torch and pipes and empty freezer ziploc bags. n then at the last place he checked the fucker found my scale n i believe in one bag about 26.5 g n the other bag probably 2-4 g's...he arrests me and im getting charged with trafficking... they also took $600 from me, im wanting to know can i get that back? The one cop said yes the other said no its drug profits or something. I also need my phone back but i doubt i can get that...

might be hard to read lol but would anyone know? Im also getting charged as a juvenile so that helps and im in canada too

oh yeah, my friend is getting charged with possesion of under 1 gram of cannabis oil, and he was let go and my other friend let go, and i was charged with trafficking under 3 kilos..

In Canada are they required to have your permission before searching your car?

he asked whos beer was in the back i said my friends and then they said ok and then got him to empty it out then they just searched it, but i think thats probable cause having the beer..
