quick question about seeds

about 6 weeks back i found a hermie in with the rest of my gals and decided to let it pollenate two of them. the hermie plant was a bigbud/afghani hybrid from pukka seed co. the two gal i used then were one pure power plant and one ice plant both from nirvana, this was purely experimental just to see how good the seeds would be. now the plants are ready to harvest, which i started last night. my question is. is there an easy way of picking the seeds out as im finding it a nightmare picking them with my fingers. should i let the plant dry out first or is it better to do while its still wet. also i plan to smoke what is left of the buds which from what i can see is quite a bit, so i dont want to destroy the buds. any help or input would be appreciated thanks guys:rastasmoke:

i would just dry the weed and then pick out as i smoke it but ive never had a hermie so i would not know 4 sure;)

ok thanks. ive just tried letting them dry out for a couple of days and now the buds have shrunk its a lot easier to pick the seeds now:thumbsup:
