Cabinet help "stinky i know you can help"

so i have a new dresser with a decent cabinet on it. the deminsoions are 33"W x 17 1/4"H x 16 1/8"D. I have some pics of what it looks like. i just need to know the best way to set it up and what is a good strain to grow for this space? i have a seedling starting in there but i want it to be a nice cozy place for my mothers. and just for shits and giggles would this space also be good for ScrOG. so here are my pics sorry about the quailty of them its off my phone.

way too small :( ... 17 inches tall ? ... subtract the height of the pot and the distance between lamp and plant, ya got room for nothing, sorry for the bad news ... silly to risk arrest over a seedling that won't produce enough for a joint ...
