A small setup idea

Hi, i'm new to this forum, but i have grown outside before. I want to grow 2 plants indoors this summer. I wanted to know if this looks like a good set up to grow 2 plants. Here is my little diagram.

This would all be in a big plastic tub, the vents would go to the outside with computer fans, Does it look good? Please give me feed back, i have never grown inside.Thanks

Ok, My drawing was good, but i guess that it doesnt count blank space. Well there are 2 vents on each side of a big plastic tub with a cover, grow lights (60 watts from walmart i think) above each plant. The vents are computer fans, going in, and out, to create a flow. I dont know what i am doing so tell me if it will work.

What kind of lights...? The spectrum of a ordinary lightbulb aint what your looking for. You want blue and red light mainly received by Low Energy lights, envirolights, HPS, MH and so fourth. Ordinary ones dont work .. About the other setup I need to know how it is... your explaination is a bit weak. sorry..
