My friend is an infrequent smoker, he maybe smoked last maybe a year ago or more. He smoked a blunt with me last night, and I currently feel guilty for inviting him over when he has a drug test next month. He exercises quite regularly (runs +4 miles every day), so I'm wondering if this would help get it out of his system. I read that for infrequent smokers it is out in 3 days to a week, but I just wanted some confirmation.
If he was just a one time smoker he should be good in less than a week.
He should be clean within a week the latest.
I probably should have specified that it will be a military drug test. Would their lower cut off levels make a huge difference in detection time?

Cut off level I've heard is 20 ng/ml. Or 15 even.
However, i have also read that they have an initial level of 50 ng/ml, and the 15 ng/ml is for a confirmatory one.
He's still got 27 days, so i think it will be enough even for that cut off level.
