Please help! - A few questions (creatine, QF temps, etc.)

Good evening! I am taking a test this Saturday morning (05.11.08) and I plan on going in with QF locked and loaded but want to dillute just in case. I am 6' 0" or so and weigh 165-170lbs with an average to above average metabolism (daily smoker). I will be clean after 12 days and have been dieting and exercising for the past week. I am VERY nervous. You know the drill: I have already given my two weeks and cannot afford to not fail this test, literally. I am nervous as hell. I have a few questions I figured I would just ask in one post:

1. Quest Diagnostics is administering the test (pre-employment 35536N SAP GC/MS 10-50/300). Do they watch you? Anything I need to know about the test numbers?

2. How much creatine should I be loading up on, presumably starting Wednesday? I already have a bottle of GNC Creating Monohydrate. I am supposed to only take the bottle recommended five capsules @ 700mg per for a total of 3.5g per serving? Should I be taking more? I plan to eat a nice fat steak Friday night a well. I just don't want to go in with Schwartzenegger-like creatine levels and have it appear to be suspect.

3. The hand warmer... will it overheat the bottle? I plan to tape it to the bottle and stick it in the ol' gouche. I am also bringing in a digital thermo in my sock as I do not trust the temp strips. I am just worried about going in and finding out that it is at like 115 degrees and me not having enough time to cool it down.

3. On the flip side, what if something happens and I go in and find that the QF is at like 92 degrees or something. How can I quickly heat it up?

4. Per the sticky dilution guide, should I be drinking 3-4oz of Gatorade every 20-30 minutes up until test time? It really doesn't say...

5. What is the aspirin for? For whatever reason I could not find info on this.

1:You shouldn't be watched. 50ng cutoff for thc
2:I would just take the recommended dose on creatine.Its not that critical.
3:Shouldn't need the heat pad. Nuke for about 10 seconds. Try and get it near the 100 and you'll be good for a few hours.Kepp the pad with you in case it takes longer than anticpated. If you get in the room and its a little low rub your thumb briskly on your pants and hold your thumb on the temp strip for a few seconds.
4:You can space the gatorade out a little. You just want to urinate 3 or 4 times before the UA.
5: The aspirin interferes with thc detection on a standard immnunassay test.

Thanks kw420. Is that how they check the temps? With a strip on the side of the cup you submit? I figured they'd plunge a thermometer in it or something. I have never taken a drug test before...

I have done Quest many times and this from a previous post and the only thing I would add is when I come out of the bathroom and hand them the sample before they can even say anything I tell them this was all I can go to head off any overzealous collectors that tell You the amount in QF is not enough.

Again, thank you for the info. Let's say that the QF amount is indeed not enough. Since I will be dilluting as well, can I top it off with a little of my own? Will it ruin the QF?

Anyone ever get walked in on when testing?

I would say toping off QF with Your own dirty sample will defeat the purpose it was made for.

They can't walk in because there should be a lock on the bathroom door.

lol I think you just have a bad case of paranoia

relax, everything will go ok. just make sure you keep the QF bottle warm and you'll be ok. I gave them mine at 96 degrees and it was a bit over the fill line (Quest)...

the only way you can fuck up is by worrying about it!

You couldn't have been more right. I just got back from Quest. Long story short: I walked in (1/2 hour before the place closed), emptied my pockets, picked out a cup, she took me to the bathroom and dumped blue dye into the john, and left me alone to take care of business. The QF was at about 96 degrees in Quest's cup (I took the heat pad off in the parking lot), I whizzed, paused for about six seconds to make it look like I was pissing in the cup, and was tap dancing back to my car (well, not really...). Like taking candy from a baby. Thank you so much, everyone!

Man they hard on that dt shit.I caught the blue dye at the airport
job i applied for.And the temp on the side of the cup see,back then you could just give a capfull or two of piss but now it's at a line.For temp we use to wear gym shorts on top of our bvd's because they gave moisture and heat.Slap two or three eyedrop bottles under your nuts you good to go.But if it's microscope test fella's WOMEN piss will not work,not to say they don't use different cups for diff sexes and test for diff shit.Btw it only works with good piss not
